Earthquake in Haiti

Singers Of United Lands ("S.O.U.L.") is a non-profit (501.c.3) organization that was incorporated in 2002.  S.O.U.L. is a unique quartet of four professional young adult singers- each from a different country.  Every year a new team of four singers representing high-quality vocal musicianship, geographical diversity, and enthusiasm for sharing about their respective cultures, is formed to share their native songs and cultures with schools and communities throughout the U.S. and beyond.

Hosting schools or organizations have the opportunity to work closely with S.O.U.L. to prepare and coordinate the activities that the S.O.U.L. team will conduct during their residency. The S.O.U.L. team is able to lead discussions and workshops on a variety of topics including: cultural diversity, music, foreign languages, geography, social sciences, politics, economics, anthropology, sociology, and more.

Because the S.O.U.L. team members are all professionally-trained singers, their skills and abilities are especially appreciated by students and teachers of music. This opportunity allows the S.O.U.L. singers to teach their respective native songs to music students and then perform these songs with the students in a concert setting.  However, S.O.U.L. programming is equally well-received by teachers and students of history, foreign language, world cultures, and diversity, etc.

S.O.U.L. offers programs ranging from one hour to one week. S.O.U.L. will consider residencies hosted by schools (K-12, public, and private), colleges, universities, churches, synagogues, community centers, town festivals, radio stations, theatres...
